Brock Lesnar has emerged as the most heavily backed wrestler to have the shortest stay in this year’s Royal Rumble, according to new data released by Oddschecker. The development has surprised many bettors, given Lesnar’s long-standing reputation as a dominant force in WWE and a former two-time Royal Rumble winner.
At the time of reporting, Lesnar is priced at 10/1 in the “Shortest Stay” betting market. Despite those odds, he has attracted 44 percent of all bets placed over the past 12 hours. That figure makes Lesnar the most backed name in the market during that period.
R-Truth Leads Odds
R-Truth remains the bookmakers’ favorite to exit the match quickly. He is currently listed at 5/1 and accounts for 42 percent of bets placed in the same time frame. Grayson Waller follows behind with 14 percent of betting interest. Other notable names near the top of the odds board include The Miz at 6/1 and Omos, Chad Gable, and Austin Theory at double-digit prices.
