Reigns vs Punk Showdown

The rivalry between Roman Reigns and CM Punk will continue to pick up till the next Wrestlemania 42. The highly expected game is already scheduled as the principal one of the year. With two of the most inspiring stars of the modern-day wrestling, the anticipations are the high ones in regard to the showdown.

Reigns’ Careful Comeback

The two contestants had rather different journeys into wrestlemania within the past one year. Roman Reigns has also had a low profile campaign but he is now actively back in action. He was also not as widespread then, and the previous WWE undisputed champion was eager to make sure that his health is not at risk, and his career is long. Reigns also used time to undertake other activities besides professional wrestling. The reduced timeline was supported by the WWE management after the regular exhaustive workload at the pinnacle of the business.

Despite the fact that this role has reduced his workload, Reigns remains among the most daunting personalities in WWE. The former Shield member continues to bear the label of being The Tribal Chief, who has been employed to brand an entire generation of WWE narration.

CM Punk’s Resurgence

CM Punk is entering the competition in good flow. The Chicagoan native is in one of the most prosperous phases of his career. His reappearing to the summit was not so sure. Three years ago, it was not some given that wrestling as Punk would go on to leave All Elite wrestling following a backstage brawl.

The Return of the Best in the World

Upon returning to WWE, Punk has earned his reputation once again through superb performances and concentration. His second term in the company has been widely regarded to be successful. Last year he struck the Fall world championship, and struck the main event of WrestleMania.

Punk Seizes Opportunity

The punk title opportunity was timely. Seth Rollins sustained an injury in the shoulder and this left the vacancy open to a major change in the image of the championship. The key opportunity that Punk capitalized on was winning the Saturday Night Main Event in the nature of defeating Jey Uso in November.

Rock Feud Possibility

Though the battle between the feud between Reigns and Punk is already tough, there is a chance that one of the two is involved in the feud with another WWE legend, according to one. Recently on a podcast of Busted Open Radio WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray mentioned that there was a possibility of The Rock being included in the plot.

The Arrival of The Final Boss

Is Rock involved in this at the end of the day in some sort of manner, shape or form as an indication of final consolidation of the Samoan family against Punk?

Bloodline Tension Teased

That is the line just there, we are not here Roman. That’s where I scratch my head. And since, were I Roman, I, go, What dost thou mean, I was not there, with thee? And with that, should there arise want of assent with Roman and the Usos proceeding, there may we have it.

Should such a situation arise, then it would re-create the story WrestleMania in an extreme manner. Up to this point though, the focus is squarely on Roman Reigns and CM Punk as their feud reaches its peak with the biggest stage in the WWE.
