Lesnar Returns Strong
Brock Lesnar has been back in WWE a few months ago, a fact that changed the momentum of the company. Nearly two years later, the Beast Incarnate is already featured on a list of attractions that will be used in the WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since his return, Lesnar is yet to lose in conventional fights. That has given the mania of who will be lying opposite him in the largest platform in WWE.
Lesnar vs Gunther
One of the ex-WWE personalities believes that the solution is self-evident. Dutch Mantell, the old manager and commentator, was a guest on Story Time and stated that WWE had no other choice than to proceed with Lesnar vs Gunther at WrestleMania. Mantell argued that the advertisement would not need such a whacky plot to render the game intriguing. To him, the confrontation in itself would be enough to generate interest. WWE would have Lesnar vs Gunther in Las Vegas and Mantell said that the company would not need to come up with a big scene, only a strong moment to set off the confrontation and leave the rest to the two men.
Lesnar Meets Gunther
The concept has history. Lesnar at some point ran into Gunther in the Royal Rumble 2023. The scene was not long, however, and was energetic. The first thing that the fans saw was a power-versus-power confrontation and realised that it had a potential. But Lesnar withdrew soon after WWE and the singles battle never took place.
Mantell thinks he would not have to struggle to be back to that kindle. All he would want would be Lesnar to fight Gunther, and give the Austrian beast something to avenge. The feud would be established on the power and the viability of the two competitors.
Gunther’s Dominant Record
Gunther possesses a superior resume in the last couple of years. He is a two-time reigns World Heavyweight, Intercontinental and champion of NXT United Kingdom. He has also been given the name of Career Killer because he has already retired AJ Styles this year. Meanwhile Lesnar has made a comeback in an overpowering manner.
Other rumors about WrestleMania have taken place. One other potential encounter against Oba Femi was canceled as well. LA Knight has been mentioned internally as well. However, a rival is yet to be formed. The fact that Gunther was recently eliminated on his way to the Elimination Chamber leaves his trip to Wrestlemania open and the audience cannot stop watching.
