She has long dark hair with green streaks, a tattoo on her right bicep, and a dark line of face paint under her left eye.

Statlander WWE Debut

Kris Statlander has recently looked back upon her brief stint with WWE and given a shocking piece of information about a tag team name that had to be shelved that did not make it to the air. Statlander finally joined AEW in 2019, when he took part in one match as an enhancement talent in WWE. She collaborated with Karissa Rivera who would subsequently identify herself as WWE as Elektra Lopez to contend with the IIconics in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. The champions were currently the IIconics (in AEW the IInspiration with the names of Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee).

Brooklyn Pizza Concept

Statlander and Rivera, who have the name Karissa and Kristen, used the first name of Brooklyn Belles. It is however not the first creative direction. The other idea they had to collaborate on was introduced by Statlander in an Insight interview with Chris Van Vliet.Ok, the group name was going to be initially The Brooklyn Pizza Connection and we were going to be called Saucy and Cheesy, she said.

Saucy or Cheesy

When asked whether or not she would have made her Saucy or Cheesy, Statlander made the admission that the idea did not take it that far. I do not know we never went that deep, but that was the options. Then Brooklyn Belles, and then, by our first names. However, I was so that would have been iconic to have been either saucy or cheesy and all that I was able to be matched that was a tag title match. How to get there, get in and get out there and then. Yeah. However, now I do have title tags of AEW to chase and perhaps, I will be Saucy or Cheesy or Garlic or Oregano something like that.

This is a light commentary but the career of Statlander was altered drastically after appearing in WWE. She is currently ranked among the top rivals of the promotion AEW. She was a past AEW TBS and AEW Women Champion. Her success in AEW has cemented her as a big player in the female division to a far greater extent than her one-night stint in WWE.
