Paxley Addresses NXT Evolution
Tatum Paxley has not been silent about the newNXT call ups and the way the developmental brand of WWE is undergoing continuous transformation. The character Paxley has undergone a remarkable character growth in the past one year in the WWE NXT. She even became a winner in the WWE Women NXT Championship that made her one of the best personalities of the brand.
Paxley Embraces Change
The future of NXT has been in doubt given that some of the best stars are transferred to the main roster. Paxley does not however view the period of transition differently. She has also stated in an interview with Going Ringside that change is the driver of progress. It is fun to change and there has been so much of it. Change is good and all those you have been talking about, they are doing fine 100 miles away. It’s so deserving.”

She has targeted Lash Legend who is the new entrant into the main roster of WWE. Especially at this moment of meeting somebody like Lash Legend, I adore Lash Legend, I am applauding her to the very ceiling, I think she is murdering it up there. The culture of support which has become a regular practice in the locker room of NXT is portrayed through the words of Paxley.
NXT Roster Evolution
Paxley is not concerned with the system despite the tilt of fans that they will be deprived of titles. and that is the entertaining element of our business. It (NXT roster) is in unremitting flux. I am sure at times people will say, Oh we have lost this, and that, what are we going to do, and NXT will say, I will tell you what to do, we will have a whole new thing you have never dreamed of and just keep doing it!

She has emphasized the talent which has been covered. Talent is so abundant here, it will never become exhausted. I can just think how cool it is, how fun it is and we always will get better, we always will lose people and we always will gain people.
The NXT strength has been highlighted in the perspective of Paxley. Whereas the spotlight may be shifted by the callups, the brand still remains to redefine and restore itself. Such recurrent reinvention is what makes NXT a successful company in the case of Paxley.
