WWE Raw Misses Netflix Global Top 10

WWE Raw January 12, 2026 episode misses Netflix global Top 10 but draws strong YouTube views

Netflix viewings dropped for this week RAW, with Jan. 12 2026 episode’s not being present on the platform’s global Top Ten lists in mid-January. Netflix Tudum shared the news that it didn’t make the chart globally, so there was no official announcement of global viewership or hours-watched. Though Raw managed to debut in the United States Top Ten, it didn’t rise high enough internationally to hit any worldwide streaming charts on Netflix’s site at all.

The underwhelming performance came just a week after it re-entered Netflix’s global Top 10 on January 5 as well. That episode was buoyed by a heavily promoted crossover with Stranger Things, which reportedly drew 3.2 million views worldwide and came in 10th globally and sixth domestically. By contrast, Marcello Hernández: American Boy, the 10th-ranked show by the same metric when looking at global programs during the January 12 tracking week, had 2.5 million views in a single day on January 21 at the end of that period — which would imply Raw ended up below those numbers for its week.

Raw YouTube Highlights

Outside of the January 5 spike, WWE Raw has not appeared on Netflix’s global charts since December 8, reinforcing the idea that the crossover-driven boost was short-lived. Despite the Netflix dip, Raw continues to perform well on YouTube, with several clips from the January 12 episode generating strong engagement. Top highlights on WWE’s official channel include Bron Breakker being suspended for attacking Adam Pearce with 1,000,000 views, CM Punk earning Finn Bálor a World Heavyweight Title match with 789,000 views, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY brawling with three elite Raw tag teams at 413,000 views, Gunther stealing a win from AJ Styles in Düsseldorf at 317,000 views, and Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez becoming No. 1 contenders at 302,000 views.

Netflix Global Challenges

While the numbers point out that WWE Raw has kept US interest in its product at a relatively high level and delivered moments that went viral, Netflix won’t be trending globally because it lacks crossover events or prominent storyline angles. With the Royal Rumble on the horizon and top storylines heating up, WWE will look to capitalize on short-term buzz and convert it into worldwide viewing habits over Netflix in the coming weeks.
