Liv Morgan Rumble Win
Morgan has been one of the top women’s wrestlers on WWE’s roster for five years. The 31-year-old is a two-time former Women’s World Champion and four-time Women’s Tag Team Champion. She had yet to win a Royal Rumble, though. Entering at No. 14, Morgan eliminated tag partner Raquel Rodriguez for her first pinfall. She then battled Sol Ruca and Tiffany Stratton to claim her first Royal Rumble win. Morgan now has the option to challenge Women’s Champion Jade Cargill or Women’s World Heavyweight Champion Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42. “Either way, the WWE universe is in for another intriguing women’s championship match,” experts say.
Roman Reigns Rumble Victory
The “Original Tribal Chief,” Roman Reigns, was entered at No. 26 in the 30-man Rumble. He eliminated Jey Uso and Jacob Fatu in the beginning. While Reigns was facing Logan Paul, Randy Orton, and Gunther after Drew McIntyre eliminated Cody Rhodes. Reigns entered the ring and eliminated Paul to face Gunther in the showdown, where he won his second Royal Rumble. He can now enrage CM Punk or Celtic Warrior McIntyre.
Gunther, McIntyre Dominate
Gunther continued his reign of terror by also ending AJ Styles’ 28-year career. After a hard-fought contest, Gunther applied the sleeper hold on Peavy to pick up the win. McIntyre managed to keep his Undisputed Championship over No. 1 contender Sami Zayn with a brutal Claymore kick. He also tossed long-time rival Cody Rhodes, putting in place potential WrestleMania 42 meetings. It was high drama at Royal Rumble 2026, and it set the stage for WWE’s biggest show of the year.
